THERAPY TECHNIQUESHow we achieve such a balanced harmony state through therapy depends on the individual's unique characteristics and the specifics of the request. I combine various techniques, including:
~
Meditative Practices ~ working with the focus of consciousness, bodily sensations, speech patterns/beliefs, and emotional reactions
~
Neurophysiology ~ working with the centers of excitation/inhibition in the brain
~
Integral Neuroprogramming ~ working with unconscious imagery
All of these approaches are based on the key element
~
the Satori Healing technique, by E. Guskova ( see in more detail
here in Russian), which serves as a unified philosophy for addressing the challenges a person faces.
The Satori Healing approach is distinctive for its simplicity and precision. It guides us straight to the core painful feeling that lies at the root of the issue.
Typical painful feelings inherent to our human nature might sound as hopelessness, helplessness, worthlessness, or loneliness. At certain points in our lives, we may have been unable to fully experience these feelings, leading us to unconsciously choose to repress them. When left unprocessed and unaccepted, this pain accumulates fears and triggers various escape reactions, ranging from aggression to depression, from claims, anger, and hatred directed at the outside world to deep self-humiliation, often manifesting as physical symptoms. By exploring the life situations that give rise to these escape reactions, we can deeply engage with the painful feelings and fully experience them eliminating the reactions, which ultimately leads to complete acceptance and healing.
While engaging in visualizations, the brain transitions from habitual for the waking state beta rhythms into alpha rhythms or even lower frequencies. Working in these altered modalities facilitates processing of the pain more naturally and ecologically, bypassing the mind's defense mechanisms.
The result of releasing the painful feeling is always the release of energy that had been spent on suppression and escape. This brings us closer to our authentic selves, fostering inner harmony and a deeper understanding of our place and purpose among others. From this newfound clarity, we can form healthier, more meaningful relationships, engaging in harmonious interaction and co-creation.
